Tastings & consultations are available by appointment only for all wedding cake orders (party cake orders over $500* can pick up a tasting kit to take home for $25**).
In-Person Tasting/Consultations Appointments are available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and conducted at my home, outside on my private patio.. The fee is $50 and includes a set menu of my 7 most popular cake flavors, 5 most popular frosting flavors and 5 most popular filling flavors, along with complimentary imported water and champagne. Half of the tasting fee ($25) is credited to your final order (with a minimum order of $600*). Virtual tasting appointments can be arranged in the case of inclement weather. -------- *Minimum order of $600 does not include delivery/setup fee. **$25 dollars for pick up tasting kits is not applied to balance. All tasting appointments must be pre-paid. Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to the tasting or the tasting fee cannot be refunded. -------- If you're interested in scheduling a tasting appointment, the first thing to do is to get a preliminary quote for the kind of cake you are looking for. That way you'll know we are a fit budget-wise when we sit down together for your appointment. After your appointment, I'll work up a digital design sketch based on the details we have discussed. I do one design sketch prior to the deposit just to be sure we are on the same page. Once the deposit has been paid, we fine-tune the design with up to three rounds of revisions (all within reason).
