Why I Don't Offer Red Velvet Cake, Yet.

It feels good to say it ... I hate red velvet cake.  Its bright ruby color brings so much promise to the taste buds, but instead delivers a bitter sponge of nothingness.  I thought I was alone in my feelings toward this most popular cake flavor (you'll see I don't include it in my cake flavor menu options), until I saw this episode of Orange is the New Black and rolled with laughter ...
